What to expect at a
Shout Network meeting
All meetings take place in reputable venues and include either breakfast or lunch. They are chaired by a member of the group and generally follow this format:

Open networking with tea/coffee before sitting down, usually in a horseshoe or boardroom layout.

Good news
Open forum to discuss any good news including recent contract wins, thanks to other members for referrals or collaborations, personal good news and industry updates.

Shout out
60 second shout outs – all attendees share a 60 second shout out (also known as an elevator pitch) about their business and the type of contacts they are ideally looking for.

Chill time
Open networking, with refreshments, takes place at various intervals throughout the meeting.

Presentation opportunities
At each meeting, a member gives a 10 minute presentation followed by Q&A to illustrate the benefits of their services in more detail.

Food is served either at the beginning of the meeting or during the break. This varies depending on the venue.
All groups are single sector. If your sector is unavailable at this event a member of the Shout Network team will contact you to offer suggestions for other groups within Shout Network or to arrange a refund, usually within 24 hours.
