Starting with an in-depth assessment and onboarding session, the adviser creates a bespoke diagnosis of your business or review of an existing Boost Business Lancashire growth plan.

Businesses receive bespoke in-person and virtual mentoring and support, as well as peer-to-peer engagement, masterclasses and networking to understand and overcome challenges and barriers to scaling. Support is delivered around the needs and preferences of the business.
