The Electrical Safety Network have held their first Duty Holder Seminar in Preston since rebranding from Lantei’s Duty Holder Seminars.
Preston business Lantei Compliances Services chose to rebrand their seminars to the Electrical Safety Network to raise the awareness of electrical safety in the UK by bringing together scheme providers and speakers.
The Seminar took place at the Odeon Cinema, Riversway and delegates were educated in electrical compliance by a list of star studded guest speakers that included Frank Bertie of NAPIT and Steve Martin of the Electrical Contractor’s Association.
Electrical topics such as the coding observations found from an Electrical Installation Condition Report and the 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations were discussed between delegates and speakers.
John Mcilwham from Walton-le-Dale High School said “I thought the event would be sales driven but was I was presently surprised and well informed”.
CEO of Lantei Anthony Smith was enthusiastic about the future of the Electrical Safety Network and their Seminars “The turnout has been amazing for our first seminar of the year, it’s wonderful to see Duty Holders and businesses taking electrical compliance seriously. 2018 is going to be a great year for the Electrical Safety Network”.
If you’re a responsible for a business’s electrical compliance and couldn’t make the Preston seminar then don’t panic. The Electrical Safety Network will be back in the North West in Liverpool on March 29th.
