Organisers of the acclaimed Lancashire Business Expo are bringing their winning formula to Merseyside, showcasing local businesses at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre on Friday 19th October.
Shout Network are set to replicate the success of their flagship Lancashire exhibition which takes place every March at Preston Guild Hall, attended by over 2000 professionals, year on year.
With over 100 exhibitions stands sold, and 2000 visitors booked to attend, the Merseyside exhibition is on track to become the main event for local businesses, entrepreneurs and organisations, year on year.
There will be a unique flavour to this business expo with the guest appearance of Southport’s Beauty and the Beast pantomime bus. Waterfront Southport commissioned local media company, PSV Digital, to wrap a 12 metre-long bus with an advert for the pantomime being staged at Southport Theatre over the Christmas period.
Delegates of the Merseyside Business Expo will be able to view the bus, have the chance to win pantomime tickets and find out how the bus wrap advertising campaign has led to the best year of pre-bookings of any pantomime staged at Southport Theatre.
Director of PSV Media, Paul Lyon, said “It’s great that Merseyside’s The Waterfront decided to use a media company also based in Merseyside and the advert has been placed on a Merseyside owned bus company, CumfyBus. It shows business is thriving in Merseyside, and that you don’t have to use ad agencies from outside the area to obtain fantastic results. It’s only fitting that we bring it along to the first Merseyside Business Expo”.
Jordan Conlin, Head of Major Events at Shout Network, said, “We’re very excited to be hosting the first Merseyside Business Expo. The response has been beyond our expectations, so there is obviously a demand in Merseyside for a cross-sector expo of this size. Having the Beauty and the Beast bus will add a fun element to what will already be an enjoyable day for all involved”.
Exhibitors and delegates are from SMEs and organisations from a wide range of private and public industry sectors.
